Krypton is a closed social network for adults, operated by Fantagram, Inc. (“we”). We do not tolerate child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. This page sets out what is prohibited, how to report it, and what we do when we learn of it. It applies to the Krypton app on the App Store and Google Play and to krypton.today, alongside our Terms of use (sections 4 and 6) and privacy policy (sections 8, 9 and 14).
1Zero tolerance
Child sexual abuse and exploitation is prohibited on Krypton without exception, everywhere in the service — posts, replies, chats, photos, videos, files, profiles, link previews and bots. This includes:
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any visual depiction of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct, including photos, videos, drawings and computer-generated or AI-generated images — and sharing, requesting, selling or linking to it.
Any other content that sexualizes children or minors.
Grooming — contacting or befriending a minor in order to sexually abuse or exploit them, online or offline.
Sextortion — demanding sexual images from a minor, or threatening to share such images to coerce or extort anyone.
Trafficking, advertising or soliciting a minor for sexual purposes.
Bringing anyone under 18 into Krypton.
On this page, a “minor” is anyone under 18.
2Adults only, by invitation
You must be at least 18 to join Krypton. By creating an account, you promise that you are 18 or older (Terms of use, section 1).
There is no open sign-up. You can join only through a member who knows you and confirms it, and members who invite people or accept requests must not bring in anyone under 18. Every member can be traced to the members who brought them in, so no one joins without someone vouching for them.
If we learn that someone under 18 has joined, we close the account and delete their information (privacy policy, section 14). If you know of such a case, please tell us (section 7).
3How to report
You can report from inside the app, without leaving it:
A post or reply
Tap ⋯ or long-press it, then Report.
A chat message
Long-press it, then Report.
A person
Open their page, tap ⋯ at the top right, then Report.
Choose a reason — for child sexual abuse or exploitation, choose Sexual content — and the report is sent. Your device then opens the reported item to our staff (section 4). A reported post leaves your feed right away.
Block — in the same menus. You no longer see that person’s posts, replies or requests, your new posts don’t go to them, and if you were Fam, the tie is removed. They aren’t told.
Contact us — Settings › Contact us writes an email to support@krypton.today from the app, for anything a report doesn’t cover — for example, to tell us that a member is under 18.
If you aren’t a member, email support@krypton.today with what you know about where and when it was posted, and ask a member who received it to report it in the app. Because posts are sealed, we can find one only through a report or material that identifies it.
We aim to review reports within 24 hours. Child sexual abuse material is treated as urgent (Terms of use, section 6).
4What we can and can’t see
Posts, replies, chats, photos and profiles on Krypton are end-to-end encrypted on members’ devices. Our servers hold only ciphertext they can’t read, so we can’t scan content automatically, and we don’t see posts as they are shared.
What we can see is what members report. When you report, your device seals the reported item exactly as its author signed it — together with the photos and videos it refers to — so that only our staff can open it, and the author’s signature tells us which account wrote it (privacy policy, section 8). That is why reports from members matter, and why Krypton also relies on how people join (section 2) and on blocking.
5What we do when we learn of it
When we learn of child sexual abuse material or exploitation on Krypton — through a report, a request or any other way:
We act first. We take the content down at once, without waiting to confirm who wrote it, so that no one can see it any more. Before removing photos or videos, we keep a sealed evidence copy with the report.
We report it, as the law requires, to the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or to the relevant authority in the region concerned, such as law enforcement in that country, together with the content and related account information (privacy policy, section 9).
We keep the records for the period the law requires — for reports made to NCMEC, 1 year from that report (privacy policy, section 7).
When a child is in imminent danger, we give the police or other relevant authorities what is needed to prevent it.
We respond to requests from law enforcement that follow the procedure the law requires. All we can provide is what our servers store and report copies opened to us; we can’t open other sealed content (privacy policy, section 9).
6The law and the authorities
We comply with the child safety laws that apply to us, including the U.S. federal requirement for online service providers to report apparent child sexual abuse material to NCMEC (18 U.S.C. § 2258A), and the laws of the countries where Krypton is offered.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police first. You can also report child sexual abuse material directly to NCMEC’s CyberTipline (report.cybertip.org) or to the hotline in your country listed by INHOPE (inhope.org).

Our child safety contact can speak to how Krypton prevents and responds to child sexual abuse and exploitation. Please write with “Child safety” in the subject.

1무관용
Krypton의 어느 곳에서도 — 글, 답, 대화, 사진, 영상, 파일, 프로필, 링크 미리보기, 봇 — 아동 성착취·학대는 예외 없이 금지합니다. 다음이 포함됩니다.
아동 성착취물(CSAM) — 미성년자가 성적으로 노골적인 행위를 하는 모습을 담은 모든 시각물(사진, 영상, 그림, 컴퓨터나 AI로 만든 이미지 포함), 그리고 그것을 공유·요구·판매하거나 그리로 가는 링크를 올리는 것
그 밖에 아동·청소년을 성적으로 다루는 모든 콘텐츠
그루밍 — 성적으로 학대하거나 착취하려고 미성년자에게 접근하거나 친분을 쌓는 것(온라인·오프라인 모두)
성착취 협박(섹스토션) — 미성년자에게 성적인 사진·영상을 요구하거나, 그런 사진·영상을 퍼뜨리겠다고 위협해 누군가를 강요하거나 무엇을 뜯어내는 것
성적인 목적으로 미성년자를 거래·광고·유인하는 것
만 18세 미만을 Krypton에 들이는 것
이 페이지에서 “미성년자”는 만 18세 미만인 사람을 말합니다.
2만 18세 이상, 초대로만
만 18세 이상만 가입할 수 있습니다. 계정을 만드는 사람은 자신이 만 18세 이상임을 약속합니다(이용약관 1절).
누구나 가입할 수 있는 길은 없습니다. 나를 아는 회원이 그렇다고 확인해 줘야만 들어올 수 있고, 초대하거나 요청을 받아 주는 회원도 만 18세 미만을 들이지 않습니다. 모든 회원은 자기를 들여보낸 회원으로 이어지므로, 보증하는 사람 없이 들어오는 사람은 없습니다.
만 18세 미만이 가입한 것을 알게 되면 그 계정을 해지하고 그 정보를 지웁니다(개인정보 처리방침 14절). 그런 경우를 알고 있다면 알려 주십시오(7절).

사유를 고르면 바로 보내집니다 — 아동 성착취·학대는 음란물을 고르십시오. 그러면 회원의 기기가 신고한 것을 운영자에게 열어 줍니다(4절). 신고한 글은 내 피드에서 바로 빠집니다.
차단 — 같은 메뉴에 있습니다. 그 사람의 글·답·청이 보이지 않고, 내 새 글도 그 사람에게 가지 않으며, Fam이었다면 함께 끊깁니다. 상대에게는 알리지 않습니다.
문의 — 설정 › 문의를 누르면 앱에서 support@krypton.today로 메일을 씁니다. 신고로 다룰 수 없는 일 — 예를 들어 어떤 회원이 만 18세 미만이라는 것 — 을 알릴 때 씁니다.
회원이 아니라면 그 글이 언제 어디에 올라왔는지 아는 것을 적어 support@krypton.today로 보내 주시고, 그 글을 받은 회원에게 앱에서 신고해 달라고 부탁해 주십시오. 글이 봉인되어 있어, 우리는 신고나 그 글을 특정할 자료로만 글을 찾을 수 있습니다.
신고는 24시간 안에 살펴보는 것을 목표로 합니다. 아동 성착취물은 급한 경우로 다룹니다(이용약관 6절).
4우리가 보는 것과 못 보는 것
Krypton의 글·답·대화·사진·프로필은 회원의 기기에서 종단 간 암호화됩니다. 서버에는 읽을 수 없는 암호문만 있어 우리는 콘텐츠를 자동으로 검사할 수 없고, 글이 오가는 동안 그 글을 보지 못합니다.
우리가 볼 수 있는 것은 회원이 신고한 것입니다. 신고하면 회원의 기기가 신고한 것을 쓴 사람이 서명한 그대로 — 그 안에 든 사진·영상과 함께 — 운영자만 열 수 있게 봉인해 보내고, 쓴 사람의 서명으로 어느 계정이 썼는지 알 수 있습니다(개인정보 처리방침 8절). 그래서 회원의 신고가 중요하고, Krypton은 가입하는 방식(2절)과 차단에도 기댑니다.
5알게 되면 하는 일
신고·요청이나 그 밖의 어떤 길로든 Krypton에서 아동 성착취물이나 아동 성착취를 알게 되면,
먼저 조치합니다. 누가 썼는지 확인되기를 기다리지 않고 그 콘텐츠를 바로 내려, 누구도 더는 볼 수 없게 합니다. 사진·영상을 지우기 전에 봉인된 증거 사본을 신고와 함께 둡니다.
